Yes, UNM employees can continue booking their own UNM travel reservations using their personal credit card. Personal credit cards should not be saved in their ETTA profile, only UNM PCards should be saved in ETTA.

Yes! To make a Guest Traveler reservation, use the “Change Traveler” option to make the reservation in ETTA.

Yes, we encourage all UNM Employees, Staff and Faculty to create a profile in ETTA. Delegate booking in ETTA will “mask” your personal information for security purposes to the UNM employee booking your travel. Delegate booking is an efficient way to conveniently book travel for employees across your organization.
No, for large group reservations for 10 or more UNM travelers, please contact Rio Grande Travel or the Southwest Airlines group reservation desk. Details are located on the travel website under each company tab respectively.
Bank of America PCard charges will feed into the PCard holders e-wallet in Chrome River.
Cancellations or changes should be made directly in ETTA and not with the airline, hotel, or car rental company.
No, you will need to contact the hotel directly to file a Credit Card Authorization form. Most major hotel chains follow this process, but some smaller private hotels may not accept the form. Please contact the property to ask about their policy in advance to ensure that your traveler does not have problems at check in.
No, please utilize the direct booking link providing by your conference to book your hotel room but we encourage you to shop the same hotel rate in ETTA for comparison.
No, ETTA is for UNM Main Campus and UNM Health Sciences Employees.
If you are having trouble signing in to ETTA using your UNM Main Campus NetID and password, please try one of the following solutions:


• Use a different browser OR
• Clear/delete cookies OR
• Use your browser in incognito/private mode


If you are having trouble signing in with your UNM HSC NetID and password, please keep in mind that you must have a UNM Main Campus NetID for your UNM HSC NetID to access ETTA. If you do not have a UNM Main Campus NetID, you can obtain one at https://netid.unm.edu
